When should you use this form?
You've seen a dog, cat or other animal that looks lost or stray, and you don't know if it belongs to someone. This is different from the "I found an animal" report — that's for when you have the animal with you. Here you're only reporting that you've seen the animal.

⏰ 48-hour status check
After your report, we'll send you an email every 48 hours asking whether the animal has still been sighted. This keeps our overview accurate and lets everyone know whether a report is still valid.
